Today, one of our team members put our Koco Elotop 3010 to work, showcasing the precision of drawn arc stud welding. Often described as a high-speak handshake between a metal stud and a base plate, the process is fast, controlled, and built to last. It begins with the stud lifting slightly to strike a controlled arc, generating intense heat that melts both base and stud tip, and when plunged back down, this fuses into place a bond stronger than steel itself.
