We’re excited to announce that Cairnhill’s sister company, Watson Towers, has invested in a fantastic new addition to the workshop with the Morgan Rushworth XS 3015 10.0kW Fibre Laser Cutting machine. This impressive investment brings powerful new capabilities to the workshop, offering cutting capacities of up to 30mm in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, as well as up to 16mm in brass and copper.
Designed to set the benchmark for ultra-high-speed performance, accuracy, and advanced automation, the machine can handle a range of large-scale components in a single operation, with a maximum sheet size of 3010 x 1510mm.
Equipped with automatic nozzle cleaning and calibration, along with automatic sheet edge detection, the XS 3015 delivers consistently high-quality cuts while maximising material utilisation to reduce wastage.
