Trinity Academy Contract Award 🎉

Cairnhill is thrilled to announce that our Framing Division has secured a new contract, having been appointed by McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd to deliver the SFS framing package for Phase 2 of the Trinity Academy Replacement project in Edinburgh.
This 16-week, £453,000 project will see Cairnhill deliver a comprehensive SFS package, including the external wall framing, two canopies, and a feature glulam lantern. The package incorporates Hadley Building Products Metal, Siniat by Etex Weather Defence Board and External Sheathing Board, along with A.Proctor Group Ltd. Wraptite UV External Breather Membrane.
The Trinity Academy redevelopment, designed by Holmes Miller, will transform the school campus to create modern, collaborative spaces that support learning, social interaction, and wellbeing. Designed with sustainability and inclusivity at its core, the new facility will reduce energy demand while enhancing opportunities for both digital and outdoor learning.
