Bay 9 Crane Installation

Some exciting progress was achieved at our Cairnhill site yesterday, as we successfully installed two brand-new cranes from ABUS Crane Systems Ltd, supplied by Walter Watson Ltd, marking a major step forward for Bay 9 – the designated Special Projects Bay.

With a lifting capacity of up to 50 tonnes, these cranes now stand ready to support the weight of our most complex projects. This investment not only adds strength to our workshop team’s ability to lift, move, and position each component but also allows it to be done with precision, control, and extreme accuracy.

As our capacity continues to grow, so does our confidence and level of capability to take on more challenging projects, whilst continuing to exceed our clients’ expectations and upholding the highest standards of safety.
