Working to Morgan Sindall’s ‘Perfect Delivery’ brief as part of the ISA Framework Agreement, Cairnhill were contracted to supply, manufacture, surface treat, deliver, and erect the new Building Structure, including Steelwork Fire Protection System, Metal Decking, and Scaffolding Edge Protection (Supply & Install); Total labour on site, incl. all scopes of work = 12 supported by a Project Management and a Fabrication Team

As part of the drive to introduce new Contractors to the site, Cairnhill was engaged for the Installation and brought on 2 new Contractors for the Fire Protection and Decking.
We are very proud to have been part of the introduction of a new Epoxy Fire Protection System, which appears to be the answer to a long-term Site challenge with this aspect.
Cairnhill also prides itself in the fact that 1/3 of the labour were local labour.
Feedback from the KPIs for both Cost & Schedule were scored as exceptional.
