Today we’re celebrating a special milestone – Sharon McManus has officially marked her one year with us at Cairnhill. Joining as Director Support Assistant and Administrator, Sharon has integrated seamlessly within our team, bringing the strength, reliability, and resilience that embodies everything that we are at Cairnhill.

Over the past year, Sharon has made a big impact with her dedication, creativity, and positive energy. Whether it’s keeping our team on track and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service onsite, to being involved with travel arrangements, event planning, and fundraising, her efforts have ensured our operations continue running like a well-oiled machine.

Sharon has proven that she is versatile, dependable, and tough under pressure – always ready for a new challenge with a can-do attitude. Her support has helped us forge stronger connections both within our team and our wider community. Although being within a new environment, it has been fantastic to watch your journey unfold!
