New Group Business Development Manager

Recently joining us as Group Business Development Manager, we are excited to welcome Sarah Devlin to our team here at Cairnhill.

Having 20+ years of industry experience, Sarah began her journey in business development by building strong foundations in customer relationships and commercial growth within the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Working her way across various sectors, Sarah has brought her strategic mindset, high energy, and results-driven attitude to Cairnhill.

Being responsible for driving and supporting growth across our business, Sarah will have a key focus on building client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and assisting in Cairnhill’s future commercial direction.

With a fresh perspective and a collaborative approach, Sarah’s favourite part of business development has been:

Despite dedicating much of her time to Cairnhill, as well as completing her BA (Hons) in Business & Project Management, outside of work, you’ll either find Sarah doing all things fitness or switching off at home with her family, two schnauzers, and a good thriller novel.
