Last Thursday, our Managing Director, Steven Hendry and Group Services Director, Paul Denning were delighted to attend the BCSA – British Constructional Steelwork Association’s 58th Structural Steel Design Awards 2026 on behalf of Cairnhill, following our nomination for the Ukrainian Bridges Project, delivered last year.

We’re very excited to announce that, for the second year running, Cairnhill will be exhibiting at the 2026 Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition at the SEC Glasgow on 30th September and 1st October.

Cairnhill are proud to announce the formal launch of C-Met, a new addition to the Cairnhill Groups’ additional services; bringing a dedicated focus on metrology, inspection and quality services.

Last week, our Group Projects Director, Neil Goldie, attended Airdrie Academy’s pupils’ awards ceremony to present the ‘David Towers Memorial Prize for Higher Engineering Sector’ to Jacob Alexander, marking the fourth year running that Cairnhill has proudly presented this award.

A bittersweet moment for Cairnhill last night, as we had the opportunity to attend the final event of the Scottie’s in the City Glasgow Trail – the Scottie’s Auction Night at Glasgow City Chambers.

Some exciting progress from our Framing Division this week as the team begins to put the finishing touches on the Alloa Wellbeing Hub and Lochies School project, located at the heart of the Clackmannanshire community.
