Cairnhill was responsible for the design and installation of SFS framing as part of a £1.1m regeneration project led by the City of Edinburgh Council. Delivered in collaboration with Graham North Construction, the eight-month redevelopment played a vital role in supporting the long-term growth of the local community, with a strong emphasis on sport and overall wellbeing.

Project Scope –
Design and Installation of 200mm Stud SFS infill to external walls, as well as 150mm infill to internal walls, including the supply and installation of 12mm cementitious sheathing board, cavity fill insulation, and Ancon wall channel to brickwork areas.

Following the award of a £1.1m contract from Graham North Construction, Cairnhill was engaged for 8 months to deliver works on the Meadowbank Sports Stadium. As part of a major regeneration initiative led by the City of Edinburgh Council, this redevelopment became a key component of the wider transformation of the Meadowbank area. Cairnhill’s scope of work encompassed the design and installation of 200mm Stud SFS Infill to External Walls, 150mm Infill to Internal Walls, along with the installation of 12mm Cementitious Sheathing Board, Cavity Fill Insulation, and Ancon Wall Channel to Brickwork Areas. Demonstrating our capability to deliver complex structural solutions, Cairnhill met all safety and quality requirements to the highest standard.
