Monifieth Learning Campus
Cairnhill was responsible for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of SFS framing as part of a £1 million development for a new learning campus in Monifieth. Delivered in collaboration with Robertson Construction Tayside under the Scottish Government’s LEI Programme, the five-month project was completed with a strong focus on precision, accuracy, and efficiency—supporting the creation of a high-quality learning environment for future generations.

Following the award of a £1 million project from Robertson Construction, Cairnhill was contracted for 5 months to deliver works on the newly developed Learning Campus in Monifieth, as part of the Scottish Government’s Learning Estate Investment Programme. Responsible for the design and installation of SFS Framing, Y-Wall board, and Wraptite breather membrane, Cairnhill approached this modern educational development with precision and accuracy, ensuring efficient performance and successful project completion.
