THE PROJECT
Following the award of the £1.9m project for the Central Quay Student Accommodation project, Cairnhill was contracted by Graham North Construction to complete the works over 12 months. The scope included the full design and supply of SFS materials as part of this major investment in Glasgow’s city centre. Originally designed by Keppie Design, the development provides modern, purpose-built, and sustainable accommodation tailored to meet the needs of the city’s growing student population.
