Progress continues on-site as our Framing team advances their work at the Pilgrim Quarter development in Newcastle City Centre – another key step in shaping the framework of the city’s future.
The wider redevelopment will bring significant new commercial space to the heart of the city. As part of the transformation, Cairnhill is delivering the SFS package for Pilgrim Place 2 – a seven-storey office building designed to support the city centre’s growing workforce.
This £533,000 SFS project for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd incorporates the 150mm Stud System supplied by Voestalpine Metsec plc, 150mm ROCKWOOL Group Steel Framing Slab Insulation, and 12cm RCM Y-Wall Sheathing Board.
The steady progress on site reflects Cairnhill’s ongoing contribution to the regeneration of Newcastle City. We’re proud to play our part in supporting the growth of UK cities, whilst continuing to deliver high-performing infrastructure built to last.
