Cairnhill are excited to announce that, effective March 1st, it has acquired full ownership of RADD Training Ltd/RADD Safety Consultancy. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for Cairnhill, strengthening its service offering and supporting its long-term growth and market positioning.
The addition of RADD Training establishes a dedicated training division within the business, enhancing Cairnhill’s capability to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions. Safety, operational excellence, and respect for our people are fundamental to how we operate. RADD Training’s strong reputation for delivering practical, compliance-focused training aligns closely with these values and reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work across all projects.
RADD Training will operate as an additional service within Cairnhill’s Sun Works site, delivering a varied range of hands-on, accredited programs tailored across health and safety, management, education, and construction. Bringing training capability in-house strengthens internal compliance, enhancing the value it delivers to both existing and new clients, and creates a new platform for growth and further expansion within new markets across Scotland and the UK.
