Abbotshaugh Footbridge
Cairnhill helped link communities in Falkirk with the fabrication of the new Abbotshaugh Footbridge across the River Carron.
The £840,000 Abbotshaugh Footbridge is a significant investment in the area and will link Bainsford, Langlees, Carron and Carronshore. Weighing 27 tonnes and 48 metres in length (the same as seven double decker buses), the bridge is the first brand new bridge in the Falkirk Council area for over 100 years.
